That dog is having a great time! My first dog actually used to do something very similar, back when I was in college. I was the only one in my group who a)didn’t drink and b)had a car.
Good old Jake would gently force people to stay on the sidewalk and “herd” them into the car. I didn’t even realize he was doing it the first couple times – it was a self-appointed task.
